1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aplyd ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Aplyd is an AI-powered career intelligence platform that provides job tracking, resume optimization, mock interviews, and related career services. We offer free and paid subscription tiers.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free accounts have limited access to AI-powered features.
• Paid subscriptions (Pro, Pro Max) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without authorization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content.
• Use automated tools to create accounts or submit applications in bulk beyond platform limits.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, AI models, and content, is owned by Aplyd. You retain ownership of any personal data, resumes, and documents you upload. By using our AI services, you grant us a limited license to process your data to deliver the service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Aplyd uses AI to generate CVs, cover letters, interview feedback, and career advice. This content is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use. Aplyd does not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data protection seriously and comply with applicable data protection regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aplyd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost job opportunities, inaccurate AI outputs, or service interruptions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
